Bottom line being .. we are wayyyyyyyyyyyy over governed ..How many levels of government do you need for a population of 20,000,000 ..What a joke !
Certainly local c%ap ..has to go ..and State aint much better .. We could have a federal government , with appointed planning committies ..answering to the government .Therefore giving a total vision ..and NOT constant bullsh*t in each individual area ..Central planning for a start would be great.
