Sorry I'm a newbie here and I'm more of a technical trader.
I'm no scientist. I assume some of you are.
When testing if something is safe to use that silences genes then do they have to look at cells and see that genes have been silenced and have not had an adverse effect on a cellular level or would it be that the drug has not had a negative effect on the patients general health?
