TAH - up 22 cents today. For those who like to speculate TAH made this announcement this morning. Judgement coming out after trade so any positive announcement today will likely be an easy windfall tomorrow. Based on TAH's trading today market things it's a win for TAH.

Tabcorp Holdings Limited vs State of Victoria – Supreme Court judgment
The Supreme Court of Victoria will deliver its judgment in relation to Tabcorp Holdings Limited vs State of Victoria at 4:30pm today, Thursday 26 June 2014. The judgment relates to Tabcorp’s claim for a payment of $686.83 million.
Tabcorp will make an announcement in respect of the judgment prior to the market opening for trading at 10am tomorrow.
TON - market telling me this is going through 40 tomorrow. Not sure why the sells at 40, why not just remove your orders and let it clear through 40's, then sell tomorrow at 42 or 43?
