After the initial cost of establishing a facility large enough to produce commercial quantities of algae for use in products OTHER than bio fuels, what do you expect the largest expenses to be, taking into account that sunlight is (still) free, and plentiful, Co2 is ours for the taking, and water is relatively inexpensive?
