Am sure u will get all that and more but not at current share price :) The die is now cast I reckon.
I dont know why u mention Nolans Bore in here .... NB is a very difficult mix of REE / phosphates / U / thorium which tend to interfere with each other and will take a long time and big bucks to sort out IMO.
Whereas Mt Weld is high grade REE and straight forward for mine.
Love the Chinese location and obvious capex and opex advantages. Check out Astron's Zirconia model in China if u have any doubts about such.
