I think you are giving too much weight to this so called uncertainty. Spooking the day traders on this forum to sell their TOX shares cheaply maybe?
Where is the uncertainty? They have forecast an upgrade to EBITDA for the full year. Business is booming. Its management's business no matter what the company to add value for share holders. If my management werent looking for acquisition opportunities all the time then I would be worried.
Already TOX is showing some strength buyers started building at 11.5c, and its now back at 12.5c, I wouldnt be surprised if it finishes at 13c and above today, if it doesnt however I dont care.
When some bad news comes along then I will start worrying.
Happily holding heaps of TOX shares.
