Guys,
Regardless how the announcement is worded, common sense should reveal that a delay of 21 days even at a daily rig rate of 1 mil, would not be 22 million dollars for a 15 % partner !!!!
That is not accounting for the fact that part of the cost would be carried by the rig company if it is a faulty BOP.
Do the sums and stop panicking! ssssshhh
