this amnnouncement which i have just read in its entirety has been openly stated by galbally for over a month .it is not a cease to sens progress just a slight delay .the yanks have taken their eye off security a little with all the natural disasters they have endured recently.as soon as congress sits and the defence budget is passed sen and me will continue our road to riches.regards HH. p.s $4 sometime 2006.
