But let me address Adrianos usual nonsence

1. The Interest on the Camif redeemable shares is paid every six months. CAMIF are to be issued shares in lieu of interest while we still owe Mac Bank money. That was the agreement so for the first 2 years I was expecting to have to issue shares which is not what we want and we want to minimise dillution.
However if we re-finance in Set and pay out Mac bank then we can also pay CAMIF in cash which is improvement.

2. 32m shares dillution is a great result. We were looking down the barrel at between 125 and 150 M . This is a great outcome to a bad condition imposed on us by Mac Bank.

3. Current revenue running at 1M a week. Thats in the ball park. Need to see tons,grade and recoveries before can make any other comment.

4. Flagging a buy back is a great Idea. We know the current share price is very depressed. If teh share price fails to respond to good news in Sept then the company can scoop up lots of cheap shares and inturn make the one's we hold much more valuable.

6. I am going to guess that the consistent selling has come from Sophisticated investors who knew they could get them back at 3.5

7. The reason they are re-financing is so that they dont have to make any repayments for several years. This enables them to build up cash reserves to fund a future project such as a concentrate deal. So Adraino now you know how they will finance any new project.
