re: 5,000,000 buyer is back I'm not sure that .037 is a 'sensible' level.
NEO has been valued at 6c cents since December - without before oil or gas reserves.
This is going to take off big time once the reserves are released. It's only been lack of buyer confidence holding it back from sitting in the higher ranges.
Once confidence is returned with actual reserves and timing - we'll be flying.
Suggest now is a great time to buy at these prices.
