Whether or when to achieve "Cashflow neutral" is the most important "re-rate" test.
If the current fall of rare earth prices resulted in lower than the previous Lynas's ASP,
how much tons can to balance of Cashflow neutral? If more than 916 tons/month---means that the worst possibility would be another financing risk coming again.
If they start the P / 2 to reduce costs to $13---14/kg, that should be a good way, but can they sell all?
