I think Pitman was saying that the next stage funding may be delayed and the PK insolvency is being used as the excuse why the mining is delayed.
Contractors go bust all the time and it is pretty hard to imagine a case where the loss of one contractor in earthmoving would put a project back 6 months. Its not as if the contractor is building a nuclear power statio
