    what's up? as I posted:

    1. SXX is a corporate shell, which had $2m market cap & at least $5m in net assets

    2. major asset is mortgage loan over freehold land in Fiji, worth $7m but written down to $4m

    3. other assets include part-interests in listed uranium projects (incl with EME)

    4. sophisticated money has been moving into SXX over the last 6 months

    5. new DTR relationship points to mutual dealings, merger &/or new project acquisition
