Correct and I think everyone is missing the point, end of September doesn't actually mean he will hand down his judgement end of Sept. It is a worst case scenario timeline, which means that the decision is pending and he is giving himself ample time should he need it. My hope is he doesn't need it and will make his judgement in 4-5 weeks (just my opinion and hope). As I have previously said, it would be hard for anyone to argue that he hasn't already made his decision based on the length of this trial, all he needs now is the time to write up his report for presentation. My 1.7c worth.
