Here's an idea.
By no means do I say this is happening.

Lets assume rrs is not selling and LAR nominees are.
If LAR nominees is a peformance bonus.
Maybe the holders can nominate whether they want to sell or keep their shares.
Lets say 80% want to sell. They are not traders and want the cash.

A great opportunity to give a bonus and release some cheap shares before news.
A good opportunity for those in the know to buy at bargain prices.
We can all buy.
