Thanks, Forrestfield, for your interesting input and analysis, and especially for drawing attention to holes MP12 and MP13.

The thing that puzzles me is that, although the mineralization is stated in the announcement to be:

"spatially associated with an ultramafic intrusion"

virtually all the planned drilling (including MP12 and MP13) is on or within 50 metres of the dolerite dyke, and well away from the mapped ultramafic unit. Only the four shallow holes designed to test open-pit potential are in the ultramafic unit. Allowing for the dip and direction of the angled drill holes, they will only intersect the ultramafics at a depth of 200 metres or so, or possibly not at all.

Now, we all know that nickel-copper sulphide deposits are usually associated with ultramafic units, like that at Maibele North. So why are they drilling somewhere else?

Is dolerite now considered an ultramafic rock? It wasn't when I studied geology.

It's even more confusing when we see that the company says:

"Note the paucity of drill holes between conductor C6 and C4" (ie, between Airstrip Copper and Maibele North)

Yet this section is virtually ignored in the 30-hole drill program. Only two holes are even in the area, both to be sited well to the east of the ultramafic body.

I have only recently become a holder of BML, so have much to learn.

Can you clarify the position, as to why the drill holes are planned for where they are, and not, apparently, where the orebody might be?
