Wazbee, only those in the Land Downunder who's heads are planted in the Abbott Denial Sands are unaware of Nobel Prize winners such as world renowned economist, Joseph Stiglitz.

Solar energy experts have just flagged the end of their interest in investing in renewable energy systems for Australia, citing Tony Abbott's determination to return Australian to the Coal Age:

"... Solar Reserve chief executive Kevin Smith told the ABC's Four Corners program the company had been deterred by a drift in policy and the planned scrapping of the carbon tax. It was also concerned about the appointment of Dick Warburton, who doubts that carbon emissions are causing global warming, to lead a review of Australia's Renewable Energy Target. ..."
"... Mr Hochschild [Californian Energy Commissioner] described the direction of policy in Australia as disappointing. ..."
"... Mr Kennedy [Australian businessman who located his company, Sungevity, in California] says Australia risks "going the way of the dodo" and missing out on "the biggest economic opportunity of the 21st century" if it continues to favour coal over renewable power. ..."
