I don'tgive too hoot as long as the shaeprice reflects the true value and the company is managed in an open and transparent way. As for Lone starr, I think they have added value by just being there - otherwise the shareprice would have been languishing in mid 30 or so and an opportuntistic bid would have been $200M or so.
Be very clear - none of these parties are out there to do us poor shareholders a favour. The best outcome of this current scenario would be that a real suitor turns up (not with LOI and thousands of conditions attached) and offers the cash value and it is ditributed to shareholders (I dont want the BOD to be doing high fiving and allocating obscene bonuses to reward themselves).
