The way I read it, you will receive 3 new entitlement shares for each LCY share you own. The entitlement shares might be called LCYR and will be tradable. The LCYR give the owner the right to buy shares in LCY at 1.4c. LCYR might trade at 0.001 or 0.002 if there are any buyers.
