    takeover bid Hi Vespasian,
Interesting to hear about a takeover rumour.
There are a lot of companies getting worried about the future supply and cost of Uranium.
I have heard quite a few rumours, of various Uranium Juniors having their doors knocked.
I am not surprised that AGS has had somebody knocking on their door.

Areva/Cogema and Cameco are the two largest Uranium Companies in the world. Both of these companies considering their size hardly rate in Australia.

    Areva/Cogema has a Market Cap of $28.5B
So spending say $500M to remove AGS and become a 25% JV Partner with Heathgate is a mear drop in the ocean for them.
Areva/Cogema are already JV Partners at the worlds richest Uranium Deposit McArthur River in Abthabasca Canada.

Interestingly Areva/Cogema have just moved their Office from Perth to Adelaide.
The new team formed in Adelaide is very good.
Takeovers and JV's are definitely on their to do list!

I hear around the traps that the following companies are keen to secure future Uranium Supplies.
Areva/Cogema (french), Cameco (Canadian), Japanese Power Utilities, South Korean Power Utilities, and China.
A lot of door knocking has been going on around Adelaide.

Also dont forget there are a lot of Uranium Companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Our Uranium stocks look way undervalued in comparison to theirs.

So if a Canadian Uranium Company wants to boost its share price, (so the executive options come in to the money!) They can buy our Uranium stocks to boost their share price.

    The big guys are circling.

The Nuclear Power Utilites know they must secure uranium supply for their nuclear reactors virtually at any cost, and their window of opportunity is closing.
