    They merged with CRC at a price of 70 million worth in shares I remember just to get dargues and then they spent 20-30 million on building the road and other stuff there. Total cost to UML so far for dargues is about 100 million so I assumed my price of 50 million was fairly conservative.

    Sorry I can't remember the exact prices off hand.
