4 FOWLERS BAY NICKEL PROJECT (100%), South Australia
Interpretation of geophysical and geological data from the Project by Dr Jon
Hronksy, a respected nickel sulphide targeting consultant, has supported the
high prospectivity of the area.
The Fowlers Bay Project straddles the Coorabbie Fault, which defines the
western margin of the Gawler Craton and is believed to be a very prospective
locus for nickel sulphide deposits. In a global context, the review by Dr Hronsky
concluded that the Fowler’s Bay Project represents a world class greenfields
nickel sulphide target area, with its relatively shallow but almost complete
basinal cover sequence over a conceptually prospective belt.
Further geophysical follow up work recommended by Dr Hronksy is to be
implemented after land access approval is granted by South Australian
government regulators.
