I thought the announcement was a sham. The market is waiting for flow test results. Header reads "Jingemia Oil Field Status Rep:tested at 2050 barrels per day". turns out to be the flows from last year's tests.
They are going to have to do better than that to lift the company from all time lows. Dont think 1.278% is going to pay for the office toilet paper.
