I agree with the thought that 5 months of nothingness is a good opportunity to buy in, but not until there's clarity of progress. There would need to be a few planets align and even then getting in before the new year would be a lot riskier than say around Feb, assuming T/O agreements are signed. As I posted earlier though, another few weeks it will be a lot clearer.
