i am disappointed folks. i provide you with the information. it is like one line of information and nobody jumps on the glaringly questionable. here is the subject matter again:

here is the big whooper in question:

"The litigation with Quasar Resources Pty Ltd and Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd was finally settled, on confidential terms, on 30 June 2014."

now what is so out of whack about this little doozy? it is the word "finally"!

another case of too much information. very very suspicious language. wouldn't it be more advisable for alliance just to say the litigation was settled and that's it. the "finally" suggests that alliance and quasar have been talking for quite a period of time. how long? a very very long time.

now the big question is what will happen next. well i think it is happening. silence is the loudest noise. is the period we are now in part of the "finally" scheduling. has enough time now passed where it would be ok to announce a change of ownership deal with quasar. farmeroscar thinks enough time has now passed.
