Alot of shorters here trying to gloss over the facs here it is my understanding here that BRU has the go ahead from the WA goverment for thier fraccing program but BRU is trying to do the right thing and get the the TO's ok as well.So if the shorts can throw some doubt and confusion into the mix they will !
