IAS own half a betting excahnge company in Europe somewhere, so if they secure a licence in NT they would already have the software and webpage capable of running an exchange ready to go so it should be easy to get up and running if they were to chose to go down that path. or how about getting an exchange licence in Norfolk Island where they own Austote, im sure Norfolk Island people would love to have an exchange if it more money to the local economy, because as far as i know they don't have a racing industry to support?
    Just an idea.
