There may be some, a minority, that have been unfortunate in this regard.
However in my experience, and i would be very wealthy if I received a dollar for every time I have heard a worker say "I am not doing THAT, it is not in my job description" and its not from office type employees being asked to do hard physical work, but like for like and just a little off normal. Far too many are too precious
