Hi Folks,
We all know that Tox Fre have this super-dooper technology to boil the crap out of contaminated materials (Literally) and then somehow condense the crap into something that can be further treated to make safe.
They also seem to have adapted this process into a motor vehicle tyre disposal system that generates an excess of energy. This is a bit like the hunt for fusion, many have tried and spent money on it but none suceeded so far.
The rights to these technologies are held by Tox Free Solutions (worldwide) and Tox Free Systems (North America). Not too sure about this last bit so don't flame me if I am wide of the mark.
I'm guessing that the floating of Tox Free Solutions was for the purpose of exploiting these technologies in Australia, and elsewhere. raising cah for the owners and possiboy paying for the research costs.
My qestion [at last!] is this: Where did this IP come from and do they have the capability to develop these or create new IP? Was the IP developed in house by people still on the payroll or a commercial exploitation of IP deveoped elsewhere - a university for example.
The answer to this could make a difference to the longer term prospects of this little gem.
If nobody here knows, I will pop the question off to the MD, Steve Gostlow. who was very approachable when I was converting my options by direct credit transfer.
Thanks in advance.
