I'm thinking that the next big step up will come with a binding agreement on Merelani and this could be any day now.
On 10 June 2014 the company made this announcement.
"MERELANI GRAPHITE PROJECT Acceptance of proposed terms The Company has received written confirmation from Richland Resources Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tanzanite One, accepting the terms offered by Kibaran for the sole graphite rights to the historic Merelani graphite mine. The Company is now finalising a binding agreement for approval by Tanzanite One’s joint venture partner, the State Mining Company (STAMICO)."
That was 35 days ago. You would think that solicitors could finalise a binding agreement within 30 days.
This will be a major leap forward for KLN and likewise the share price will jump. So hang in there guys. You never know when a company making announcement is coming. One sure is.
