    yes buddy its a shafting alright.. putting this rights issue aside for 2 secs, every shareholder must vote against Resolution's 2 & 3 (freebies to Paterson's) on the proxy form! The whole thing is hard to fathom but poor Paterson's who participated in last CR and got burnt (unlike holders) are now demanding free shares for them and their mates?! what da?!?

    One would hope GNR are voting NO for this! Every holder should too!
