One flaw is the chance of finding oil in a geological sense is around 10%, even with the improvement with the 3D seismic over the Trident prospect (ie) 90% chance of failure, in a geological sense.
The COS being bandied about of 20% plus, is the chance of a commercial development.
So as you have experienced over the years, those I have also. It is a large punt and very seldom rewarded.
I still hold, but not a financial life ruining amount. Done that elsewhere.
