Benbradley, Andrew Bolt's employment by Murdoch's media, his performance as an opinionated shock-jock commentator and who has a personal friendship with Tony Abbott are matters of public knowledge.

But it does appear that you've forgotten about what Tony Abbott's Opposition did to the characters of Peter Slipper, Craig Thompson and Julia Gillard via Parliament's coward-protecting kangaroo court. I gather you DO recall this:

"Opposition Leader Tony Abbott told parliament that every day Ms Gillard supported Mr Slipper was "another day of shame for a government which should already have died of shame".
Some observers immediately accused Mr Abbott of using the line as a stinging repetition of broadcaster Alan Jones's widely denounced comments about the prime minister's late father.
In the parliament, Ms Gillard was incensed.
Alan Jones ... said Tony Abbott's comment was unfortunate.
"The government is not dying of shame. My father did not die of shame," she [ie. Julia Gillard] replied.
