Benbradley, thanks for referring to me as an unbiased observer and believe it or not, now that all the muck-rakings been done I agree that the RC must run its course. Be assured that I'm not known for tolerance of corruption, regardless as to whom it applies.
But given four failures to incriminate Julia Gillard thus far and some 20 years down the path of history, who knows what the outcome from Abbott's RC will be. It appears that either Tony Abbott or Julia Gillard is going to lose very badly from the fifth investigation.
From a political viewpoint, Abbott's satisfaction rating is already at record low levels so that an outcome which fails to incriminate Gillard will be absolutely disastrous for HIM.
