Always good to get different opinions ,especially when valid reasoning behind the opinions are provided.
This is how ramping is avoided and those that share their opinions when backing it up with somesort of data are alright in my books

Regardless... All i know is that RMR will hit well over $1 when i dream tonight....
in my dreams i can ramp and achieve the desired result ..... Give it a try sometime

I believe RMR has alot of potential based on location... But as always with these types of companies... T'is a punt.

Take onboard all points of view but ultimately do your own research.

Imo, imho, dyor and whatever else is needed.
