Stranger, yes in that example he would have to fork out $180,000 to convert ALL his options into shares... OR what I would do is sell 3,000,000 options at .17, get $510,000 in return, and use $90,000 of that money to convert the remaining 3m options into shares... That way you still have 3m shares and $420k cash left
