That is the beauty of an equity market. Sometimes share prices move up and sometimes they move down. Prices always reflect sentiment and occasionally reflect reality. What we need is to focus on reality at this moment in time. I don't actually care where the share price moves on a weekly basis so long as the long term viability of the company is not being called into question. A good discussion forum is fantastic as a means to air some sensible arguments. However, putting out scare stories which are not based on fact (please believe me on that statement) are just ridiculous.

What we do know to date is that the company is capable of producing gross revenues of $1Mil per week against a weekly cost base of approx $600K. That is without any assumptions of a pick up in recoveries - maybe that will happen but then again maybe it won't. If the company is to be believed then they will have the Macquarie loan paid back by the end of next year - that assumes that the bond issue does not go ahead, that there is no pick up in recoveries and that there is no import deal for concentrate. If that is the case then, without any improvements, they will have almost 3.5 years of making $20Mil pa as well as being almost debt free. Discount those earnings numbers back to today and you find that the company is worth at least it's current market cap of $35Mil.

So, you can buy the company at these levels knowing that you are not paying one solitary cent extra for any of the potential improvements that might just eventuate.

So what if the share price heads back below $0.04? It is a short term reflection on the market's perception of the company's prospects.

Adriano appears to get his kicks from putting out his opinions, that he tries to dress up as facts, in order to get reactions - which he has clearly succeeded in achieving from me this time. As a poster you can use the term IMHO (which I don't believe he actually does in his defense) as often as you like but if it smells like BS then it probably is precisely that.
