some1 speak to asic - im in my right mind to call them myself. i dont like this at all - neither does the mkt. the mere fact that the directors are even contemplating this ridiculous low ball offer.....these guys need to be held to account for all their inaction, lack of transperancy and outright manipulation of GUF from the start. they held all the cards, voted in fav of all resolutions and took us for a ride. literally.
