Bit more research and found another in the same street that sold 1 year ago, was listed for $565k
Another in the same street that sold in early 2009 for $490k, pre GFC similar properties where selling for over $500k
Conclusion, property is at an all time high having dropped 5-10% after GFC it is now over 10% above pre GFC & over 20% above post GFC drop
