Good to see someone talking about property again . There are so many apartments planned for inner Melbourne it's hard to imagine that there won't be glut at some point . That said , I believe that apartment living is going to be the norm in the future in these areas . That makes me think that land close to the city is going to continue to appreciate because of it's proximity . As you referenced , the global cities have already done this in the past 100 years or so . I can't see why Melbourne isn't going to do the same .
