These guestimates of the offer make interesting reading. The reality is that shareholders have been kept in the dark and we have little idea of what the Board will toss at us for our consideration and approval.
We do know that the uranium price is rock bottom but that the future for uranium is huge. This company has to be valued on its potential - anything else would be short changing the shareholders. Trying to work out potential buyers with our level of knowledge is purely guesswork.
What do I think the offer will be? I don't know but I can tell you what I think a fair offer should be --- $1.00 - 1.50. I base this on the potential value of the deposit, the RCR valuation (74 c) and a premium.
