I'm pretty sure the capital raising at 0.09c never went ahead . I'm hoping everything else is still correct though including the Proactive Investors share price target . I'm still sitting in this one waiting cause the large institutions are still in VERY LARGE ...to large to just wipe. IMO their DD is a lot better than ours and they know insight we will never be privilege to, they are the ones who control this stock and it's been working well with SP holding off announcements and playing the small shareholders with fear .
