HDR has it all happening next week--roughly on Tueday 14th [Valentines Day] Waraga 1 wild cat well spuds in Uganda; and on Friday 17th, first oil production flows from Chinguetti in Mauritania.
If we get the long delayed cold snap in North America, we shall see higher oil prices ,too.
