Based on what we have been told which was posted in these threads from Hoots, I believe that you are clutching at straws.
The first part of Hoots comments clearly states that Wise are still pulling the string. They are the puppeteer, and we are the puppets....... STILL.!!!!!
Sorry to say this but, IMHO, and based on what Hoots posted in different colours in his previous post, we are stuffed. And it appears that even the Insurance might wash their hands of the whole thing if it has been proven that they have failed with the Listing Rules of full disclosure.
And by the looks of things, it appears that, IMHO, they have kind of admitted of doing so in the previous prospectus. Just dyor!!
Sorry mate but I think that optimism at this stage of proceedings are little too far fetched. The only thing that may save us now, is if there is someone out there willing to dig deep and supply all the money that we are looking to raise.
As I have said all along, and for many many months, is that I don't trust the Chinese that we have managed to get into bed with, and I still haven't changed my mind.
Just in case that we will fold up, and that is not out of the question, keep an eye out as to who will end up with our assets.
