What a disappointment that the board are loading up on free shares and rights at the expense of the shareholders(dilution).
Not even performance based.
Particularly the MD who is giving himself a bonus equivalent to15 years annual salary.
Why do spec coys pay good salaries to their management when said management put their hand in the till when their is the expectation of a windfall. They don't put this sort of money back in in bad times!
Every one expects entitlement.
This is why West Perth juniors are renowned for their self interest at the expense of the risk taking shareholders.
Just cowboys.
