Usually there's a reason why a particular block is cheap compared to the others around it . Sometimes the market just overlooks it but usually not . A level block is much better than a sloping/steep block , especially for resale .
Can you cut the block up ? 1800 m2 gives you some options if you can .
Why build a 2 storey when you have so much land ? Surely it's a bit cheaper to go single storey or is the slope to steep ?
