my thoughts: just seems cheap to build up on a steel frame on stilts. its not a steep block but has views which would be complimented with a 2 storey home.
There is 4 blocks in a row - all havent been sold. The slope varies but is on all of them. IMO its not really that steep. 1in 10?
What doyou mean by cut the block up? cut and fill? Im sure I could spend a weekend or 2 on a bobcat to level it out. at least a building pad and retaining wall for starters.
