    Their total reserves are dwarfed by SYR's and, most likely, by TON's as well. Globe Metals and Mining lists their reserves at 55Mt. Labour costs are rising in China and they will struggle mightily to compete with SYR's and TON's mega deposits. The latter two, I believe, will be able to undercut just about everyone else, including the Chinese. There seems to be a perception that all minerals can and are mined very cheaply in China. I am not sure that, for example, the poor iron ore miners there would agree. SYR and TON will do to the Chinese graphite miners what RIO et al are doing in the Iron Ore sector. Is it plausible to believe that the World's premier mineral deposits just happens to be located in China of all places? The Chinese are very much aware of the environmental problems they have created and are closing the most polluting mines (including graphite mines) as people are sick and tired of e.g., not being able to see the sun.
