good to see some debate about renumeration - i brought it up last year and got no support - it often takes a while for the market to punish stocks whose executives have their hand out a bit too much! I think last year they took advantage of pre june 30 selloff levels to set their strike prices etc - i dont mind them buying, but the freebies and cheap exercise price oppies and performance rights wear a bit thin!!
