Hi all.

So the spin off of isentric is a goer.

We will receive 0.13 shares in isentric for every Donaco share we hold, shares will only be issued to
s/hs if you hold 19,178 shares minimum , any thing less the shares will be pooled and sold off, and the
sale money will be distributed to the s/h, other s/hs can elect to have this done if they do not want the
shares and the money will be forwarded to the said s/h less the cost of the sale, if you wish to elect to
have this done the cut off date is the 12th of September, also there is a reduction in the exercise price
of the options from 30 Cents to 28 Cents.
I exercised my 190,000 options to early.
Money for nothing as far as I am concerned, now for a great report on the 26th of august and we can
fly again.
